Family Motor Company has been nothing short of AMAZING during our whole car buying process. Joseph is kind and informative and really lets the car sell itself. We felt no pressure by him and he gave us all the privacy we needed to discuss what we wanted to do. He was willing to work WITH us and not against us. He LISTENED to US and didn't push anything we didn't want. He explained thing throughly and never made us feel stupid. This man really knows his cars and you can tell he wouldn't sell anything he wouldn't put his family in.
Not only is he a trustworthy cars salesman, but he also goes out of the way for his customers even after the car sale is said and done. My plates got lost in the mail and he made sure to hunt them down and even switch mail providers to make sure it never happens again. He makes sure he has EXCELLENT customer service, because good customer service isn't good enough for him.
